Terms of service and sale

Starter includes Limited Murmell Cloud for 30 minutes per day. Go includes 10x Murmell Cloud for 5 hours per day. Pro includes Unlimited Murmell Cloud. Starter ($0.99/mo), Go and Pro are charged at checkout.

Service and acceptance

These terms form the agreement between you and Intrudr, Paris, France, for Murmell. They apply to consumers and businesses. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Starter and payment

Starter is a monthly subscription of $0.99, and includes Limited Murmell Cloud, equal to 30 minutes per day. Go includes 10x Murmell Cloud, equal to 5 hours per day. Pro includes Unlimited Murmell Cloud. Murmell Cloud and storage allowances are shared across all Canvases in one subscription. Murmell Cloud usage runs while at least one Canvas or coding agent is active; overlapping duplicate Canvases do not multiply usage. Sleeping Canvases consume no Murmell Cloud. Storage allowances are 1 GB for Starter, 5 GB for Go and 20 GB for Pro, including workspace files, dependencies and the persistent home. One Canvas can run at a time. When a daily Murmell Cloud quota is used, Murmell gives a 60-second warning, blocks new work, freezes active workspaces and stops them. The same Canvas can reopen after the daily reset or a qualifying upgrade. Reaching a storage limit blocks new storage use until space is freed or the plan is upgraded. Existing files are not deleted by a downgrade. Starter, Go and Pro are charged immediately at the displayed monthly or annual price, including displayed taxes. No plan includes a free trial. Annual subscriptions are charged for a full year in advance. Each subscription then renews automatically at its selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled.

You can cancel from account settings before the next charge. For a withdrawal request, contact hello@murmell.com. Starting the service immediately does not remove mandatory rights unless the legal conditions are met.

Your work and connected services

Your code and output remain yours. You grant Intrudr only the limited permission needed to store, process, back up, and transmit them to operate Murmell. Connected agent vendors and code hosts keep their own terms and billing.

Acceptable use

You must have rights to the code and credentials you use. Do not use Murmell for attacks, malware, mining, unlawful access, public hosting, or evading third-party limits. You are responsible for agent instructions and invited collaborators.

Availability, suspension, and liability

Murmell is an early service without an uptime guarantee. Intrudr may suspend unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or unpaid use. To the extent allowed by law, Intrudr is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or failures of third-party services. Nothing excludes mandatory liability or remedies.

Ending the service

You can cancel or delete your account in account settings. Minimal billing and acceptance records may be retained as legal or accounting evidence. See the Privacy notice and Legal notice.
